The case mix for the facility is currently General Surgery, B&B cases, URO, ENT, Ortho, Cardiac, Carotid! s, Aneurisms, very little regional, rarely OB/GYN, No heads, MDs do backs and necks. Care Team Model facility, 2 MDs and 4 CRNAs daily. MDs are 1:2 Heart Call and 1:2 backup call. CRNAs are 1st call for OB. MDs have a mix of own cases and supervision.
