As member of our Global Talent Acquisition team , reporting to our Vice-Presisent, you are responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level and executive positions within the organization: mainly country board members in our 32 countries and executives for our HQ in Duesseldorf.
You work closely with the top leaders of our organization, international HRBPs, internal and externals partners to attract, recruit and onboard top talents to actively shape the business success of our company.

Conduct comprehensive executive search activities, including identifying potential candidates, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing executive-level candidates. Utilize various recruitment methods such as direct sourcing (together with our sourcing team located in India), executive search firms, social media, networking, and industry events to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance and consultation on talent acquisition best practices, and influence decision-making.

Develop and implement, together with our Head of Global Employer Branding, activities, including social media campaigns, networking events, to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice for Executives

Conduct market research and talent intelligence activities to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market dynamics.
- Organize, with your direct report, all onboarding activities for all internally and externally recruited executives
- Successful recruiting experience (10+ years) with at least 5 years in executive-level recruiting, in an international environment
- Experience in both executive search firm and decentralized corporate organization would be a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Team player, able to influence, at ease with conceptual work.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Professional certifications in assessment solutions would be a plus
- Excellent English
