Yorkshire Speciality Foods Ltd is a well-established family run Food Manufacturing business situated just off the A59 between Harrogate and Skipton.
As a Shift Supervisor you will be required to work as part of a team, producing high quality finished goods, in a safe and efficient manner in line with business demands. You must have experience in Managing a team and exceeding targets. Pack rates, Food Safety and quality are of the utmost importance, plenty of room for progression through training and personal development. This role specifically is for the Low Risk Department. You will be handling Raw foods and trained to become one of our master smokes-men. You will learn how to produce some of our most exciting and interesting smoked products a passion for food would be ideal.
This job is usually Monday - Friday but overtime is sometimes required to meet the needs of the business.
