Administration & Customer Service.

We require an experienced Administrator with amazing customer service skills who can deal with a wide range of situations. This position is based at our office close to the southern motorway and Sylvia Park.

Hours are as per the roster to cover business requirements.

Duties include:

  • Customer service

* Filing

  • Data entry and processing
  • Invoicing & filing
  • Reconciliation
  • Some PA duties as required
  • Following up order numbers
  • Customer service
  • Inventory control
  • Dispatch back-up

Essential Criteria:

  • Accuracy & honesty
  • Be able to work under pressure and multitask – this is essential as this position is extremely busy with multiple requests being received simultaneously.
  • High speed of data entry
  • Be a team player, who is able to work together with other team members to produce positive results - with a "can do attitude".
  • Have good computer skills, as the need to enter data accurately is a necessity.
  • Be able to communicate in a friendly positive manner with customers and staff alike and possess an exceptional telephone manner
  • Be able to accept responsibility and accountability.
  • Must have excellent English

The successful applicant must be able to show a calm disposition as this is a very busy and pressured role. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and see this as a long term position growing with the company.

You will have excellent communication skills and display the energy and drive to really make a difference.

Salary: From $26.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Public holidays
  • Rotating roster
