Billing Department Employee
To empower our Billing Team in Zurich FBO we are currently looking for a
Description/Tasks:
<ul><li>prepare and issue invoices and credit notes </li><li>process of customer/supplier invoices in SAP </li><li>edit/respond to customer inquiries </li><li>provide direct support to stakeholders </li><li>drive and keep assigned projects on schedule </li><li>carry out general administrative tasks </li><li>other duties as required</li></ul>
Qualification/Experience:
- one or two years of work experience in a similar position
- aviation experience and background
- fluent in English (German or other language skills are a plus)
- strong knowledge of MS Office
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- result driven - able to execute with high personal accountability
- flexibility, very well organized and team player
