Duties and Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping
- Preparation of monthly control accounts
- Data entry to SAGE accounts package
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Processing customer and supplier orders and invoices
- Accounts payable and receivable duties
Skills/Qualities required:
- Experience with SAGE accounts package
- Excellent Bookkeeping skills
-Communication – you must have the ability to communicate with both colleagues and clients in a clear and concise manner using both written and oral communication.
- IT Skills – you must have the ability to use computer and online resources to conduct research, use various communication channels, use Microsoft office suite to report information and present information clearly.
- Initiative/Adaptability – you must have the ability to take initiative to work independently and plan ahead, and to be adaptable to work on various tasks assigned to by management.
