Customer Service Rep
The Customer Service representative acts as the point of contact with customers and coordinates with internal teams to nurture the customer from order to delivery. This is a value- added position that requires a keen understanding of Customer needs, the E-commerce world, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects on a daily basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop excellent working relationships with our customers.
- Order taking and order entry.
- Quoting/ Estimating of new and/or existing products
- Follow products through the artwork process to assure printed products are produced on time.
- Track progress of orders as they move through the production process.
- Work with the production and shipping departments to ensure all orders are completed on time and routed appropriately.
- Communicate shipping and delivery times to customers.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Proactively reach out to our customers to drive business.
- Responsible for achieving call and email quotas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience Shopify. Production/ manufacturing environment – printing or packaging, a plus
- Must be detail oriented and quality focused.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
- Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and act accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, solution driven, adaptable, team player.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
- Associate degree preferred.

Hourly Pay: $18-21 depending on experience.
