Job Description
- Responsible for the entire IT operations Strategy across Infrastructure, Servers, Databases, Data Centre, Service Management, Security, etc.
- Lead the senior team leaders and architects to resolve bottlenecks, weaknesses, restrictions, and security concerns imposed by the current Infrastructure and Operations setup.
- Establish operations support framework and best practices for the systems across change management, availability management, capacity management, asset management, and configuration management.
- Ensure the infrastructure and operations solutions meet both functional and technical requirements with design and planning on future maintenance, cost, performance scalability, and compliance.
- Responsible for coordinating with external regulators and auditors on related regulations matters. Ensure the operations model is fulfilling the HKMA requirements.
- Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with the technology team both internal and external.
The Successful Applicant
- Extensive working experience in managing large-scale IT Operations and Infrastructure in a large banking environment.
- Sound technical knowledge across server computing, networks, storage, middleware, security, and end-user computing.
- Strong vendor and project management skills.
