The client’s flagship product is an advanced restaurant and food service management POS solution built to operate in the "offline-proof" mode, creating orders, syncing with cloud or on-premise systems, supporting third-party software, and integrating with an extensive range of hardware devices.

✅ Is that you?
- Experience working with hardware peripherals (printers, scanners, payment devices, etc.); hardware integration expertise
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP, UDP, etc.); experience working with network sockets
- Payment gateway integration experience; certification experience
- Solid TypeScript, JS Angular knowledge
- Good Node.js understanding and skills
- Knowledge of Cordova libraries and their functionality
- Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Fast food restaurant/retail domain knowledge
- Experience implementing restaurant hardware (i.e., printers) via sockets
- Experience in preparing and passing the certification
Key responsibilities and your contribution
For this position, we need a person with strong network engineering background and solid network interface expertise. To succeed in this job, you also need to be knowledgeable in JS Angular and Node.js or interested in quickly obtaining such knowledge.
- Implement integrations with hardware peripherals and third-party providers
- Fix production issues that appear during hardware integrations
- Support existing integrations
- Conduct payment gateway integrations
- Assist in preparing and passing the certification for new payment integrations
- Help the QA team test changes on various hardware devices
- Communicate with key stakeholders and developers on the client team
