Our client is a private multi-residential facility in the Victoria Island axis of Lagos. They are currently in need of an IT Infrastructure Officer with extensive Information technology experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recommends and establishes appropriate information technology systems and processes for the 1004 HORA, evaluates deployed technology to ensure compatibility and effectiveness in meeting the requirements of the Association.
- Provide direction in addressing a wide range of problems involving: network architecture; process flow automation; hardware and software; server administration wireless networking; and information management.
- Develops policies and procedures for IT acquisition and utilization.
- Provides technical support to the General Manager in line with the Association's operating strategy.
- Monitors and administers the existing interconnected systems across the enterprise network for the company.
- Monitors and manages systems - gateway devices (routers, switches, firewalls and WLAN systems) and the server systems (the network server, email server, ISA server and database) for the facility.
- Manages the disaster recovery process, maintains employee/user profiles and accounts, documents network architecture and configuration parameters for the group
- Manages information technology support functions and reviews/recommends appropriate alternative system options.
- Update the website content as directed by the General Manager or any other authority.
- Manage, develop and update 1004 Estate Identity card/Integrated Database Security scheme.
- Undertake registration of residents on the Estate’s Access control management system, resolving issues and responding to queries on the registration.
- Monitor and compile activities of residents/common area meters on Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) platform and ensure that the AMR platform is up and running, Including crosschecking of apartments on electricity bypass.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years post-call information technology experience (essential requirement).
- Ability to easily commute to the Victoria Island axis.
- Self motivated
- Ability to take ownership of the role and work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.

Pay: ₦180,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
