What you'll do:
As a Knowledge Base Writer, you will:
Work with subject matter experts, product managers, and other teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
Produce well-written content for the Wix Knowledge Base, including how-to articles, tutorials and feature requests following our style guidelines.
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to produce quality content and identify documentation requirements.
Analyze content efficiency by looking at user satisfaction and ticket reduction.
Prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate progress and any issues with the team.
Juggle multiple releases and deliver under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
You are:
A native-level English speaker with experience in a knowledge base, technical, or product writing.
You’re a highly organized, brilliant communicator, passionate about writing helpful content and able to translate complex information into user-friendly language. You’re Internet-savvy, flexible, and eager to take on multiple, challenging projects.
Bonus: Previous experience working with code, and basic knowledge of Javascript, CSS and HTML.
