Reporting to the Senior Logistic Manager the logistics manager is responsible for:

  • COMEX: Support, coordinate and monitor the performance of customs brokers, through analysis,implementation, monitoring, customs practices, supporting the business areas, logisticsprocesses, with the aim of meeting the company's strategies, in accordance with the established projects and current legislation.
  • NCM Classification: Act in the NCM (Mercosul Common Nomenclature) classification of the company's materials through identification, technical, tax and fiscal data, aiming to ensure the reliability and conformity of the company's internal and external records, with reaction to import materials.
  • Taxes - COMEX: Act through the analysis, studies, and legislative definitions of taxes applied, through the control of taxes for the company's items, points and loopholes for exemptions, monitoring the legal changes and adaptations, in order to ensure the application and savings to the budgets of the company's projects.
  • Indicators - COMEX: Act in the preparation, analysis, and presentation of the area's indicators to the company, inorder to guarantee the treatment of the information, according to the company's needs.
  • Clearance: Act in the follow-up of the nationalization processes of the goods, through the fulfillment of thecustoms requirements, performing the control, clearance, payment of taxes and fees, issue of invoices, payment of ICMS and release for loading, following up with the responsible parties, in order to comply with the customs release, according to the current legislation.
  • Invoices: Acting on the request for Invoices from the forwarder, according to the nationalization process, requesting the issuance of entry and exit invoices, with the aim of guaranteeing tax practices for materials imported by the company.
  • Finance: Act in the verification and payment of cash, making the control of port fees, payment of service providers for customs clearance, analyzing the requirement of payments and items with exemptions according to federal legislation, in order to ensure budget according to projects.
  • Documentation: Analyze and check all necessary documents (Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading, certificate of analysis) for the import process, ensuring that the terms are issued and contain the proper signatures, aiming to ensure protocol and registered.
  • Indicators Analyze, elaborate, and control the indicators of the customs clearance processes, through the follow-up of release, Siscomex/clearing agent controls, special regimes, schedule, analyzing items and processes in deviation from the programmed, aiming to present the results and improvement in the processes.
  • Institutional Relations Act in the relationship with port and airport customs, through the presentation of the company's logistics projects, describing the process, with the objective of making the customs process feasible.
  • Commercial Support Support the commercial area in the definition of the scope for contracting logistic operators, customs clearance, and international freights, through internal consultancies, in view of the practices, with the objective of aggregating the customs techniques and strategies for the company.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Professional in the area of Administration / International Logistics / Foreign Trade Ideally Graduate in Logistics/ International Relations/ Administration
  • Oversized cargo movement experience
  • Work experience between 7 to 9 years in the area / related areas
  • advanced level english
  • Desirable - Office Package / Process and Project Management / Customs Processes / Customs Legislation / Special Regimens / Siscomex / Tecwin
