REQUIREMENTS:
- BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
- Preferably with License.
- 3 -5 years Work Experience in Construction Projects such as; Hotels and Resorts.
- Excellent Leadership Skill
- Technical and Strategical Analysis
- Project or Construction Management Background Experience
- Understands Strategic Project Planning and Scheduling
- Understands Project-Construction Sequeance
- Has Excellent Oral and Written Communication English/ Tagalog/ Visaya
- Know how to use the following but not limited to;
-Microsoft office (excel, word, ppt, ms project)
-AutoCAD
-PlanSwift
-Primavera

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
MEPF QA/QC - Shall be responsible as shown below;
- Technically well versed on international/local standards related to MEEPF design and specifications.
- Technically well versed on reading/analyzing MEEPF plans, shop drawings prior to site implementations.
- Technically well versed on preparation, review/evaluation of Installation, Testing and Commissioning Methodologies related to MEEPF works.
- Technically well versed on review and evaluation of technical submittals such as Material Submittals, Method Statements, shop drawings, Inspection Test Plans, Testing & Commissioning Procedure and Job Safety Analysis.
- Capable of preparing and evaluating QA/QC documentation such as but not limitted to; Project Quality Plan, Local and International Standards, Inspection Works Request, Non Compliance Sheet, Testing & Commissioning Procedures and other related Technical Assessment and Documentations.
- Responsible for setting-up Project Quality Control Plan.
- Responsible for technical evaluation and ensuring technical compliance to the following;
* Vendor/Contractor Project Quality Plan
* Vendor/Contractor Material Technical Specification
* Vendor/Contractor Installation Methodology
* Vendor/Contractor Inspection Test Plan
* Vendor/Contractor Testing & Commissioning Procedure
* Vendor/Contractor Compliance to approved FCD / Shop Drawings
* Vendor/Contractor Compliance to International and Local Applicable Code Standard
* Vendor/Contractor Job Safety Analysis
* Monitor and Evaluates Testing and Commissioning Activity
* Monitor and Evaluates Factory Acceptance Test Reports
* Responsible for witnessing and approving site inspections requested by vendors / contractors
* Responsible for checking all necessary and approved forms and documents to be use for inspection test plans
* Responsible for reviewing, validating all vendor/contractor test results, data related to MVAC, EE, FP and P&S
* Responsible for reviewing, validating functionality test related to MVAC, EE, FP and P&S, ELV
* Responsible for validating equipment calibration certificates related to testing of MVAC, EE, FP and P&S, ELV
* Responsible for keeping all MVAC, EE, FP and P&S, ELV works safe to operate at all times
* Responsible for checking/evaluating all required close out documents from the vendor/contractor.
* Responsible for managing the handing over and training client representative together with the vendor/contractor related to MVAC, EE, FP and P&S, ELV
* Responsible for scheduling, attending, witnessing, signing of all site inspection requests by vendors/contractors and clients technical representatives.
* Responsible for filling and monitoring Non Compliance Report by Vendors and Contractors
* Responsible for reporting and documenting all project QA/QC concerns to ensure all stake holders comply with the PQP.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Responsible for achieving the highest quality of work and meeting client’s quality expectations.
