Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to potential buyers. You will utilize your excellent interpersonal skills and industry knowledge to build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate sales contracts, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and identify potential buyers through various channels such as referrals, networking, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
2. Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date with current real estate trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
3.Meet with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
4. Show properties to prospective buyers and highlight their features and benefits.
5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to effectively communicate property details, pricing, and terms of sale.
6. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met satisfactorily by both parties.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering queries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.
8. Collaborate with property developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to stay informed about available properties, upcoming projects, and market opportunities.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends in a CRM system.
10. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional network and stay informed about industry best practices.
11. Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
12. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
1. 3-5 years quota carrying sales experience
2. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
3. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
