Your responsibilities
You will be part of the Infrastructure and Platform Department, directly reporting to our Unit Lead of Infrastructure and Platform. As a working student, you will be working closely with your team and assisting them from day one with the infrastructure and system functionalities. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.
- Basic support and maintenance of the 360T trading platform infrastructure
- 1st Level support incl. documentation of support cases for Windows, Mac etc.
- Onboarding of new employees
- Documentation and review of existing processes and procedures
- Assist with datacenter hardware maintenance
- Ability to explain complex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, in clear, succinct and effective terms
- Presentations to follow “current” market branding requirements and formats
- Own knowledge to be updated through continuous professional development
Your profile
- Ideally studying at University or University of Applied Science with a focus on IT
- Basic experience in management of Linux or Windows servers
- Basic network knowledge
- Enthusiasm and ambition to learn and develop new skills
- Interest in Open Source technologies
- Problem solving and troubleshooting, both independently and within a team
- Able to work on diverse work loads
- Strong English communication skills
