Customer Service Representative roles & responsibilities:
- Ensure phones are answered quickly and customers questions are answered
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
- Audit customer paperwork; correct missing information
- Run customer payments in multiple systems
- Ensure that installations are scheduled and completed
- Drive positive outcomes for all customer service issues
- Resolve escalated customer issues
- Work closely with the sales team and permit team
Successful Customer Service Representative qualifications:
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Great communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Empathy
- Ability to work as a team
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Type 35+ WPM
