Job Purpose and Impact
The Business Process Management and Change Lead will provide strategic leadership to drive the governance, process practitioners and stakeholder alignment to facilitate end to end process excellence for Cargill. In this role, you will lead the team to partner with senior leaders, functional and business process leads and stakeholders to drive alignment and adherence to process standards, governance and tools that sustain and optimize end to end integrated business processes. In addition, you will lead the strategic direction of our change, communication and education initiatives to cultivate a strong process culture across business and functions. Key Accountabilities
Provide strategic leadership and broad oversight to conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation to drive efficiency and effectiveness, unlock business value and ensure delivering on the defined business strategy.
Direct team to collaborate, lead and champion change with key internal and external stakeholders and peers to ensure highly complex solutions are implemented successfully.
Partner collaboratively with senior stakeholders to establish best practices, drive alignment and adherence to global processes and accelerate process stabilization for enterprise requirements planning and other technology enabling business processes.
Provide strategic thought leadership to develop new processes or integrate processes for strategic projects and new growth opportunities.
Provide strategic leadership in change management to drive a strong process culture and partner with senior stakeholders to establish strong community of practice to support process sustainability.
Develop a process capability interaction model and a competency framework for process practitioners in Cargill. Drive career development and collaboration across process practitioners in Cargill.
Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience Preferred Qualifications
Process leadership methodology and skills
Ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to technical and non technical people
Confirmed experience handling multiple projects and setting priorities based on business requirements and value drivers
Confirmed ability to provide breakthrough insights on business process improvements resulting in quantifiable process improvement and finance benefit to the organization
Confirmed ability to drive cultural change through development of effective change management plans Prior Beneficial Experiences
