New Sheridan contract - 7/1/2012 start
no Neuro, no Cardiac, minimal OB; 4 Rooms per day, Physician and CRNA team model.
Approximately 3K cases annually, inclusive of 500 OB cases 3 MD - 3 CRNA care team model.
