OCHSNER HEALTH SYSTEM in New Orleans is seeking a BC/BE anesthesiologist with a strong interest in chronic interventional pain management to join our Departme! nt of Anesthesiology. Preferred candidates will be fellowship trained in Pain Medicine and will practice at Ochsner Baptist Medical Center. The successful applicant will be comfortable developing relationships in an expanding referral network and committed to using comprehensive electronic medical records.
Our Baptist pain program is a component of the Department of Anesthesiology, with a fully accredited residency and multiple fellowship programs. Ochsner’s pain medicine program comprises of over 7 interventional pain specialists, physiatrists and a psychiatrist. The health system department of anesthesiology includes over 60 anesthesiologists, 70 CRNA’s, and 30 house staff, with an annual case volume of >30,000.
