Ochsner Health System in New Orleans is searching for a BC/BE Fellowship-trained Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our team of seven pediatric anesthesiology faculty. Our pediatric anesthesia practice includes all subspecialties and spans the spectrum from healthy outpatients to complex neonatal surgery. Located on the campus of Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, our 103-bed children’s hospital offers a 54-bed Level III-C Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, 26-bed PICU, 35-bed pediatric unit, as well as a dedicated, full-time, region-wide pediatric transport team.
Th e Ochsner Health System Department of Anesthesiology includes over 60 Anesthesiologists, 79 CRNA’s, and 45 residents and fellows, with an annual case volume of >40,000. We support a fully accredited anesthesiology residency program in addition to several fellowships. All faculty actively participate in teaching and clinical care; many take advantage of opportunities in clinical investigation and professional service. We emphasize mentorship and professional development which are a priority at Ochsner.
