Kaizen Architecture is looking to add a key personnel to their team to help with admin and operations.
This role is a part-time role and will only require you to work 3 days, with a mix of working from office and from home.
Key Responsibilities
- File expenses and invoices
- Keep track of payments and payment reminders
- Drafting of fee proposals
- Reconcile xero accounting systems and work with accountant for filings
- Manage hiring of interns, full time employees, onboarding and monthly payroll
- Use HREasily for HR management such as payroll and staff claims
- Assisting with tender exercises
- Organise meetings with Principal Architect to keep on track with invoicing and fee proposals
Requirements
- Strong in organizational skills
- Strong in accounting and basic use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to get work done quickly
- Able to use the computer, email systems and xero platform (training can be provided for xero)
- Bonus: background in architecture operations
