The Customer Service - Call Center will be working in Subang Jaya, USJ 1 (walking distance from BRT station – South Quay / USJ 1) and is responsible to handle all Inbound and Outbound calls from customers and service agents in a professional and friendly manner.
What a typical day looks like:
- Provide consultative customer support through inbound calls, outbound calls, email, social media and webchat/live chat.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field of study.
- Min ONE(1) year working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with CRM system and digital applications.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Alternate Saturday - 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
- This position is ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
