Job Brief

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the company’s footprint and meeting revenue targets, for the assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities of an Area Sales Manager

  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  • Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Key Requirements

· You have a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in Sales.

· You have a strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.

· You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

· You are a self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

· You are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Peshawar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
