Route-to-Marke Center of Excellence team is a large team of analytical professionals working on large scope of projects within Route-to-Market NIQ portfolio. We are taking up projects with various levels of complexity and resolving them with the use of data analysis & statistical techniques.
Location: Warsaw,Poland.

You are well-organized, accurate and have effective communication and listening skills that help you explain technical issues to less technical project stakeholders. You enjoy supporting and driving others to excel in their field. You are proficient in methods of statistical analysis, quick-thinking. You enjoy programming and can utilize it quickly to reach required insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independent execution and oversight of simple ad-hoc analyses with various methodologies, for multiple global markets
- Work as an independent contributor on descriptive statistics analyses and clustering & modelling projects, short-term (1-2 weeks) and mid-term (3-6 weeks)
- Develop reusable & robust programs and procedures used to deliver data-powered analytical products
- Cooperate with our internal clients - client consultants and project managers based in various locations and servicing clients all around the world to deliver to schedule and as per requirements
- Support in use and development of solutions and help resolve client issues with existing deliveries
- Ensure quality in project deliveries
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of work experience in data analysis, data modelling, data science or related fields
- Degree in business, marketing, economics, mathematics, statistics, quantitative, information technology, engineering, or related field
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional English skills (speaking & writing)
- Statistical programming experience (Python/PySpark with SQL is the main technology, R, SAS, Bash nice to have)
- Working knowledge of SQL & Excel
- Experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry, market research, media measurement (as an extra advantage)
