About the role:
The core function of this position is to deliver support to the hospitality function within the care home in particular, cleaning and laundry services.
To be successful you will need:
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in cleaning and/or laundry services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated empathy with and commitment to the care of older people
- Ability to connect with and help others
- An understanding of Work Health and Safety issues
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and find the ‘yes’
- Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
