Varied shift and flexibility!!Hotel Manager
Advance Services is currently seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee hotel operations. Our ideal candidate has flexibility and the understanding to make this location a success! Those with experience in hotel management are encouraged to apply! Also those with extensive computer/data entry skills is ideal but not required. Individuals with the right attitude and outlook on making this a career as this is temp-to-hire.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Direct the day-to-day operations and activities
- Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations to help improve customer service
- Welcome and register guests upon arrival
- Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules
- Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency
- Supervise and evaluate staff
- Handle customer complaints when necessary
- Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
- Ensure company standards for housekeeping, décor and guest services are met
- Coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems
- Handle financial responsibilities of the hotel
- Lead a successful team
