What will I be doing?
- Evaluates and identifies business opportunities for further expansion of the HGI brand and directs
- Assists in the strategic planning, development and coordination of the region's sales activities to advance
- Conducts market specific research and compiles reports for the team.
- Perform reporting work including updating O2O, follow up on ads and keep organized records of all market
- Uses the Business Intelligence tools to research markets and potential opportunities or restrictions for
- Designs and prepares departmental reports and presentations (i. e. charts, graphs, tables, business plans).
- Works with key stakeholders and departments within the Global Architecture, Design, and Regional Operations
- Organizes meetings and events with external stakeholders to increase awareness of Hilton's positioning in
- Works to expand our relationship and footprint with existing owners in the system and closes individual
- Increases network of potential new owners.
- Works with other team members as instructed within the region assisting with volume of requests to
- Completes special projects as required.
- Represent and attend local industry events.
What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Knowledge of management contracts and franchise license agreements as well as alternative structures
- Ability to close franchise and management contract deals as needed
- Ability to analyze departmental financial data in order to make strategic and tactical decisions.
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2+ years
- Specialized Experience: Experience and proven success in Real Estate or Feasibility Analysis and knowledge
- Additional Requirements (i. e. % of travel time, etc.):
- Ability to travel as required (approximately 50%)
