Job responsibility
1.Daily recruitment, appointment and reception of candidates
2. Handled employee entry procedures, signed, renewed and managed employee labor contracts
3. Responsible for daily data archiving.
4. Purchasing office supplies, planning and organizing activities.
5. Assisted in the completion of the company's administrative affairs and internal daily affairs.
Job requirement
1. Have the appropriate personnel communication and invitation skills.
2. English and Chinese can be used as working languages.
3. Strong word processing skills, communication skills, planning and execution skills, and basic activity organization and coordination skills.
4. Possess a certain degree of care and patience.
5. Proficient in word, excel, ppt and other basic office software.
6. Experience in administrative work is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
