  • A disruptive Legend launch: be part of the exciting Camel Legend launch, where we will be the first combustible brand to activate an omnichannel launch leveraging on digital and offline consumer touchpoints (Camel website, big launch event…) with a new consumer experience (teasing phase with countdown and reveal CRM, big launch event and post launch engagement phases, loyalty campaigns)

WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO?


The incumbent is responsible for supporting the brand team in the activation of the ASP brand strategies, focusing on product (NPD New Product Development processes) and on Digital & creative agencies handling. Main responsibilities are: create the PLM brief and be the project manager for all PLM initiatives (liaising with R&D, factories & Supply chain function to clarify questions and optimize process aiming at identifying & implementing ways to improve speed to market & optimize packaging costs). The incumbent is also responsible to handle local creative agencies for the creation of campaign materials (brand key visuals, packs render, videos, artworks, website visuals) according to the Portfolio team brief, being the brand assets’ guardian. Support for populating internal monthly reports and for activating internal brand campaigns. For all the above responsibilities, provide and share project information with key stakeholders (core team).


  • PLM brief & artworks approval: Responsible to create a detailed PowerPoint brief document for product and pricing initiatives & perform operational tasks related to NPD management
  • PLM project manager: To oversee overall time management of NPD projects, following up with all key stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are reached and correct information is provided in line with the processes. To serve the main point of contact among R&D, Factories and GRECYMA organization. Share information & updates from PLM team to GRECYMA organization and vice versa.
  • Creative Agency handling for local adaptation/development: Responsible for downloading all brand guidelines and materials from the brand portals and DAM (Digital Asset Management), connect with Brand manager to receive a brief for assets adaptation to local campaigns, handle the Local agency for the creation of campaign materials (key visuals, packs render, videos, artworks, website visuals)
  • Brand assets management: Responsible for sharing to relevant JTI stakeholders the brand assets (video, images, brand managers briefs) for the realization of market campaigns for each touchpoint (trade, JTI4U, SWAP, merchandising, events, CRM, website, microsites). Check that digital contests, podcast, articles, videos and CRM content created by agencies is respecting BM briefs. Collect all brand assets in one repository on Teams.
  • Internal monthly reports filling: collect inputs from brand managers, to populate the monthly reports (MMB, budget, barcode file management)
  • JTI internal engagement: responsible for internal promotion of brand initiatives with giveaways, office events, workplace posts according to Brand managers brief.
