Job Description
- Responsibility for the recruitment cycle of the candidates, and communication with HR Business Partners and hiring leaders across a variety of countries across EMEA region
- Building the strategy of the future pipeline (including professional networking, referrals, social media, job boards and recruitment partnerships)
- Active search and responsibility for new searching and branding solutions
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Improvements and possible optimisation initiatives of recruiting process/tools/systems
- Manage ongoing relationships with recruiting-related vendors to ensure satisfactory standards
The Successful Applicant
- Over 2 years of experience within recruitment/talent acquisition/sourcing, preferably in global exposition
- Excellent communication skills in English (at least B2/C1), French (at least B2/C1) and Italian (at least B1/B2)
- Advanced user of ATS and recruiting technologies e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean)
- Experience in liaison with hiring managers and HR business partners
