Requirements
The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for quality assurance, hotfixes, coordinate simultaneous plans, overseeing schedules, and sub-assisting in designing Shuttlerock’s Creative Studio products.
- Adobe Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Docs/Words, Sheet/Excel, PowerPoint/Slide.
- Confident in presenting ideas;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams, and multi-task on multiple products and projects
- Ability to operate within short release cycles
- Ability to understand functional and technical specifications
Responsibility
- Quality assurance on video technical specifications.
- Process online uploads and deliveries to our clients.
- Develop and monitor the flow of all incoming projects;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time;
- Quality control and assurance of all projects;
- Develop, coordinate work and schedule to ensure on-time completion;
- Track quality performance, initiate and execute quality improvement plans.
- Hotfixes and aid in design execution when necessary.
- Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments.
- Present designs or plans to the art director and traffic manager for approval as and when required.
