Traffic Coordinator [Malaysia]


 

Requirements

The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for quality assurance, hotfixes, coordinate simultaneous plans, overseeing schedules, and sub-assisting in designing Shuttlerock’s Creative Studio products.

  • Adobe Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Docs/Words, Sheet/Excel, PowerPoint/Slide.
  • Confident in presenting ideas;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams, and multi-task on multiple products and projects
  • Ability to operate within short release cycles
  • Ability to understand functional and technical specifications

Responsibility

  • Quality assurance on video technical specifications.
  • Process online uploads and deliveries to our clients.
  • Develop and monitor the flow of all incoming projects;
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time;
  • Quality control and assurance of all projects;
  • Develop, coordinate work and schedule to ensure on-time completion;
  • Track quality performance, initiate and execute quality improvement plans.
  • Hotfixes and aid in design execution when necessary.
  • Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments.
  • Present designs or plans to the art director and traffic manager for approval as and when required.

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
