Job Description:
- Must be Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for interacting with faculty and demonstrate attention to detail. Must know excel and word programs as well as Powerpoint.
- Answer in-person, telephone and online inquiries.
- Manage the Faculty Lounge and Staff Lounge Inventories and Supplies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events for the Academic Operations team.
- Make room reservations, set-up conference calls, and make parking reservations. Post events on webpage.
- Create flyer if necessary.
- Be able to draft business correspondence.
- Coordinate and preparation for material distributions for committee and meetings
- Arrange with vendors for services
- Coordinate Travel arrangements for speakers
- Assist with other daily Academic Operations responsibilities
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Los Angeles, CA 90089: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
