What do we expect from you?

1. Services to client

✓ Pro-actively ensure clients are feeling welcomed, comfortable and at ease within the boutique environment.

✓ Pro-actively offer food & beverage to visiting customers.

✓ Ensure clients have all necessary Cartier documents during visit, such as but not exclusive to, warranty cards, catalogues, certificates…

✓ Is the warrant of perfect gift-wrapping for customers.


2. Services to team members

✓ Pro-actively assist sales-force team members to achieve their client facing & administrative tasks to be the most efficient.

✓ Assist Sales-Associates packing purchased goods and filling all required documents.


3. Services to environment

✓ Ensure the boutique is to the ultimate image it can be by pro-actively cleaning, aligning, dusting, re-organizing front and back-end environments such as tables, cupboards, shelving’s, back-office, etc.

✓ Ensure finger marks are removed from counters and non-valuable items surrounding clients’ journeys such as mirror, door handles, counters etc.

✓ Keep desks tidy at all time

✓ Organize non-valuable decorations to be kept in perfect condition and arrange books & catalogues on display.

✓ Organize non-valuable tools such as printing paper, shopping bags, cleaning kits, travel pouches & inform relevant stakeholder for ordering process.

✓ Might be tasked to transport non-sellable items or purchase goods to the supermarket.

JOB PROFILE:

Required experience:

  • Base of service experience.
  • Luxury experience preferred but not mandatory

Technical skills / abilities:

  • Computer skills: basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Result oriented
  • Genuine values of inclusivity and trust
  • Ability to work independently

Requirements:

  • Turkish & English language mandatory.
  • Ability to deal with people from all backgrounds.
  • Open for a 6 Month Contract
