  • manage your product life cycle: determine in which order the items should be worked on, which of them creates the most value, and prioritize
  • document and present the progress: organize review meetings, provide feedback, demonstrate the newly created features to your stakeholders, and work with their suggestions

  • open customer-oriented personality, you observe and analyze current practices and can foresee possible process improvements locally as well as globally
  • you have a vision, and the ability to win others for your ideas, as well as a structure to be able to see needed small steps and prioritize
  • self-discipline, as we offer the possibility to work hybrid or fully remote, you need to be able to manage your working time to fulfill your responsibilities and keep your work-life balance
  • 1+ years of experience working in the Analysis field, Project Manager, or in similar functional fields
  • knowledge of logistics environment data analysis
  • readiness to be in regular contact with our customers, mostly digitally, but from time to time as well in person
  • be comfortable in an internationally diverse environment, working with cross-functional distributed teams, using English as our common language
  • experience in one or more of the following systems: SAP ERP or Transport Management System
  • hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Support Desk)
  • worked on multitasking environment, ability to switch between contexts
  • detail-oriented, quick learner, high stress-resistant, and ability to prioritize and escalate when needed
  • support high standards of quality and innovative approaches to work
