Business/Executive Assistant (WFH) [Philippines]


 

Job Summary:
Our company is looking for an Executive Assistant to join us on an immediate basis.
  • You will be responsible for managing administrative duties such as responding to customer queries, manage emails and calendar.
  • You should possess excellent listening skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You should be highly motivated and demonstrate good problem-solving abilities.
  • In addition to this, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A successful candidate with proven work experience and is open to working with a diverse group of people will be considered.
  • To perform in this job role, you should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. Also, you should display physical strength and mental stamina.
  • Your ability to multitask and prioritize urgent projects at hand will be advantageous.
  • In addition to this, you should be able to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the office policies are adhered to, and company standards are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as EA for 2 directors
  • Manage inbound phone calls, e-mails, and online inquiries via the website
  • Follow-up transactions (outbound calls)
  • Update customer records
  • Data Entry / Documentation
  • Reconcile Transactions
  • Creating/Adjusting/Optimizing content for the website
  • Basic organizing of calendars
  • Other phone-related assigned tasks via Whatsapp
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Business Admin/EA
  • Background is Sales is a bonus
  • Basic knowledge of content creation through AI Tools
  • Basic knowledge of using Facebook Ads
  • Able to use technology tools (AI - ChatGPT, etc)
  • Fantastic written communication
  • Bubbly, vibrant personality
  • Clear communicator
  • Proven experience w/ MS Office
  • Experience managing calendars
  • Lead Information for Dissemination
