SCOPE AND PURPOSE:
Answer busy phone lines, greet tenants and visitors, basic clerical duties. Handle many of the tenant inquiries & issues. Work directly with engineering staff to help direct & route all tenant calls. Process incoming & outgoing mail, update office files, tenant files, & vendor files. Assist office staff when ever necessary. Must be able to multi-task, must have good people skills and be reliable
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to the following, as other duties may be assigned.
GENERAL OPERATIONS
- Answer phones, greet visitors, sort mail, distribute all incoming faxes handle various tenant issues
- Maintain office files updated, update insurance files
- Data Entry
- Interface with various DE departments such as accounting, legal and leasing.
- Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, integrity, and works well under pressure.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and produce accurate work.
- Maintains a professional image. Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with residents and outside vendors. Good customer service skills.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- None
TECHNICAL PREREQUISITES
- Knowledge of computer systems principles and procedures, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, and other relevant software
- Typing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
