Job description

- Manage a large number of incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications.
- Meet customer service team sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:
- Proven Customer service experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong listening and Communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to work on a shift basis with an off day (including public holidays).
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt, and respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Work Schedule: 6 hours, Monday - Sunday (Shift plan with a day off).
