What will you be doing

  • Maintain, upload and assist in digital product creation and stock on all sales channels
  • Assist and solve customer service-related online inquiries
  • Assist in and maintain smooth digital operations on all sales channels
  • Preparing professional sales and marketing reports
  • Maintain daily communications and coordinate with warehouse stock management.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound products are accurately recorded, after processing & shipping
  • Ensure replenishment of essential stocks where necessary.
  • To Issue on time and error-free documents such as Sales Order, Purchase orders & SOH.
  • Upkeep stock/inventory accuracy on software to that of physical stock.
  • Monitor and track closely on all stocks/inventories movement.
  • To provide feedback to vendors/service providers on their performance or discrepancies constantly to ensure good quality services at all times and to proceed with claims where necessary.
  • Able to calculate and manage stock allocation in each project.
  • Maintaining a systematic and user-friendly filing/documentation system.
  • Provide assistance to any other Divisions or Sales Team where applicable.
  • Generate the routine periodical reports and any other reports as required.
  • Assist in cycle count / annual stocks exercise.
  • Perform any other duties as and when required by the immediate Superior or Management.

Who are we looking for

  • Qualification - Degree in Mathematics, Computational Mathematics, Inventory Management or equivalent with 2 years of working experience.
  • Required knowledge & Highly proficient Skills in Excel is a MUST requirement.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously if required and able to meet the deadlines.
  • Fluent in ENGLISH is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
