Morning Shift
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain AWS environment, cPanel, and WordPress platforms
- Ensure the highest level of security, availability, and performance for all systems
- Design and implement automation strategies for deployment and testing
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth integration of software releases and updates
- Monitor systems and proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide support during off-hours
- Working within a ticketing system to act on requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role
- Experience working within a L2 support function (ticketing environment)
- Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
- Expertise in cPanel and WordPress management
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, or Terraform
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
