Digital Marketing and Administrative VA [Philippines]


 

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing and Administrative VA to join our team. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Duties & Requirements:

  • Help with list building and execute impactful marketing campaigns, including sending out group emails.
  • Assist in setting up and modifying enrolments to streamline the onboarding process.
  • Triage and label emails, ensuring smooth communication in the absence of team members.
  • Manage scheduling and maintain the diary/Zipleads calendar efficiently.
  • Provide support for events and marketing initiatives.
  • Undertake general PA/EA admin duties to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Take charge of social media management, content creation, hashtag research, and utilizing social media platforms as effective marketing tools.
  • Generate monthly reports and collate data on social media campaign results using analytics.
  • Engage with our community proactively and reactively across social media channels, including Facebook Groups.
  • Create and monitor Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Assist with basic website management and updates using platforms like Kajabi (training provided if necessary).
  • Display proficiency in Canva for designing newsletters, brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Manage Google reviews, testimonials, and feedback mechanisms to maintain a positive online presence.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency and a strong brand identity.
  • Interact and promptly respond to customer queries through social media channels.
  • Handle basic video editing and YouTube management tasks.
  • Potentially answer incoming calls, especially on Fridays or during annual leave coverage.
  • Conduct DNA calls and new member calls when required.

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:

  • Possess marketing assistant skills and familiarity with sales support.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Outlook, etc.).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactively suggest efficient strategies to optimize workflows.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.

CRM and Client Management:

  • Experience with enrolment tools such as Whitebelt and Paysmart (billing).
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Basecamp, or Zipleads.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools including Canva, Kajabi, Zipleads, and Facebook Business Suite (Meta).
