We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for calls. You will receive requests, book loads, transmit messages, and track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multitask as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
- Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances
- Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.68 - $18.88 per hour
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
