The Documentation Officer is in charge of monitoring and managing the documentation of title transfer papers and other related requirements.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- With at least 1 year of relevant work experience (handling title transfers)
- With strong computer skills
- With excellent communication skills
- Highly-organized and detailed-oriented
- Having a work experience in real estate is a plus
