Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the employer's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the first point of contact for the employer, answering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Conduct research and gather information on various topics, as requested by the employer
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties
  • Liaise with external parties, such as clients, suppliers, and partners, on behalf of the employer

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant position
  • Proficient in Monday.com or similar platform
  • Must have experience in Calendar/Email Management, Handling calls
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience working as an administrative assistant or personal assistant
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Competency/Personality Traits (Soft Skills):

  • Proficient in using MS Office/Google Suite
  • Someone who has a sense of urgency and can work under pressure
  • High attention to details and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and as a part of team
