Position Title: Guest Services Coordinator

Position Serve camp guests by providing quality service and facilities that meet
Summary: guests' needs. Manage communications to potential guests regarding

program offerings and inquiries, policies and procedures, camp
accommodations/meeting spaces, food service, and recreational
opportunities.

Responsibilities: Manages and oversees various registration processes and the
appropriate training of Guest Services personnel on such including
managing summer and winter camper check-in process, camper
housing coordination, and other reporting responsibilities to
various Timber-lee departments.

  • Assists with Guest Services needs related to coordinating or
communicating guest schedules and communicating internally
and externally the guest group needs (housing, arrival time, special
requests, etc.).
  • Greet, guide, and direct guests and groups upon arrival and
throughout their stay at camp.
  • Assists with guest group hosting as needed that includes facility
readiness including lights, heat, set-up, AV equipment, etc.
  • Assists with providing Trinity-Deerfield business office with needed
reports and financial information related to accounts payables,
accounts receivables, deposits, and other business-related functions.
  • Routinely check facilities during group visits and follow opening and
shut down procedures at the beginning and end of camp events.
  • Assist Guest Services department with registration, camp
communication, emergency action plans, general camp inquiries,
and camp visitors and other tasks as needed.

guest experiences.
  • Has excellent communication skills and the ability to teach or lead
others.
  • Understands and exhibits behaviors and skills needed to function and

  • Passion for people, learning new things, and a sense of adventure.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
Positional
Proven exceptional customer service experience.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to
enhance public relations.
  • Experience working with databases preferred. Proficient in Microsoft
Office/Google suite.
  • Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds and traverse multi-terrain in all
seasons.
  • Assist in facilitating instructional times as needed.
