Position Title: Guest Services Coordinator

Position Serve camp guests by providing quality service and facilities that meetSummary: guests' needs. Manage communications to potential guests regarding
program offerings and inquiries, policies and procedures, camp
accommodations/meeting spaces, food service, and recreational
opportunities.
Responsibilities: Manages and oversees various registration processes and the
appropriate training of Guest Services personnel on such including
managing summer and winter camper check-in process, camper
housing coordination, and other reporting responsibilities to
various Timber-lee departments.
- Assists with Guest Services needs related to coordinating or
and externally the guest group needs (housing, arrival time, special
requests, etc.).
- Greet, guide, and direct guests and groups upon arrival and
- Assists with guest group hosting as needed that includes facility
- Assists with providing Trinity-Deerfield business office with needed
accounts receivables, deposits, and other business-related functions.
- Routinely check facilities during group visits and follow opening and
- Assist Guest Services department with registration, camp
and camp visitors and other tasks as needed.
