IT Helpdesk Support Assistant/Executive [Singapore]


 

Job Description


  • Assist in daily IT activities.
  • Management of online classes such as Zoom.
  • Knowledge of active directory / domain controller.
  • Microsoft exchange.
  • Management of virtual servers (Hyper-V / Citrix).
  • Simple networking troubleshoot (Firewall, switches).
  • Software/Hardware troubleshoot (MS office, Printers, WiFi).


Job Requirements


  • Nitec and above in IT related.
  • No experience required, training is provided.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese to Chinese Speaking Clients.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Singaporeans / Singaporeans PRs are welcomed to apply.
