Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Managing and overviewing sizeable Dynamics projects or programs ensuring on-time, on-budget and quality deliveries, according to Client’s requirements
- Regularly interacts with client’s management teams and with technical teams (as a part of stakeholder management)
- Managing project teams spread across different geographies and time zones ensuring team members' motivation, coordination, and professional growth
- Manage and collaborate with client and 3rd party team members
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Execute properly Risk, Issues and Change management process
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Act as point of contact for client escalations and drive resolutions, report and escalate to management as needed
- Leading project management engagements with Clients on the technical and business challenges related to their needs
- Clearly articulate business requirements and translate client needs
- Provide mentorship to team members
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Playing Agile professional roles for our clients (Product Owner, Product Owners Proxy, Scrum Master and sometime Agile Service Delivery Manager)
- Be able to support on commercial proposals / pitches if required
- Be involved in the team internal activities and initiatives whenever required
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management competency
- Bachelor or master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or others
- Experience of Project / Program Manager in sizeable and complex programs, who can manage teams spread across different geographies and time zones
- Previous experience as Product Owner, Scrum Master or Business Analys
- Client facing experience, namely at C Level’s
- Management of SW development and delivery projects in area of Dynamics 365
- Proficient with project management methodologies - SCRUM / Prince2 / Six Sigma / ITIL
- Certified in Project Management (Prince 2 practitioner, PMP, Agile PM Practitioner or other equal) an advantage
- Managing internal and external stakeholders including top/executive management members
- Experience with mentoring team members
- Familiarity with Jira software's collaboration and time management tools (D365 preferable)
- Fluent in English and German, French is a plus
