QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Naval Architect (Preferably license)
2. At least 2 years shipyard experience.
3. Experience in shipyard, shipbuilding and ship repair projects.
4. Knowledgeable in project supervision, estimates and costing.
5. Good in MS Office and AutoCad.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Planning and supervising the construction of vessels.
2. Producing detailed designs of ships, boats and other maritime
vessels using drawings and specialist computer software.
3. Sourcing and purchasing components, equipment and
materials.
4. Submit the proper paperwork, handles the project, supervises it
workers.
5. Coordinates with the ship owner’s representative for the works
to be done.
6. Liase with goverment agencies on registration, renewal of permits & licenses of barge & tugboats.
7. Evaluate conditions of tugboats & barges for preventive maintenance in coordination with Motorpool & Tug Boat Crew
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
