The chosen person will be responsible of the following tasks:
Project Transfer phase (4 - 6 months):
- Participating to Knowledge transfer workshops with country teams (incl physical visits)
- Documenting gaps vs standard controlling practices
- Providing support in preparing weekly project status meetings
After transfer:
- Preparation, analysis, sharing and follow-up of reports and key indicators to support the various stakeholders on the perimeter of competence
- Identification of relevant risks & opportunities, proposal and implementation of necessary corrective actions
- Harmonizing processes with a view to drive efficiency while complying with group standards
SSC located in Madrid|High level of English is mandatory
The chosen candidate should have the following requirements:
- Studies related to Finance, Economics, or similar
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a controller role
- Fluent in professional English
- IT skills
- Goodanalyticalskills
