Mission
Supporting the order management department within the logistics site with the aim of optimizing incoming and outgoing flows.
What will you do?
- Business Analysis: KPI collection, monitoring, management and analysis
- Customer request management via Salesforce platform (bFO)
- Managing customer emergencies
- Support in managing shortage and allocation flows
- Review of OM flows with a view to Continuous Improvement
- Participation in meetings, workshops and interaction with stakeholders and top management
- Preparation of presentations to share with management
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Fluent English Speaking
- Knowledge of the main office software (Excel focus) and information systems;
- Excellent relationships and communication skills both with the same level and with the working-class population;
- Passionate for digital tools;
