Role
Data collecting and validating.
Preparing Excel-based reports and raw data analysis.
Project progress and quality index monitoring.
Process changes implementation and management.
Project documentation review and update.
Onboarding, offboarding, and entitlements management.
Support Account Executives, Team Lead, and PMO Manager with ad hoc tasks.
Cooperation with the headquarter and other subsidiaries of the company.
Keeping registers up to date and liaising with team members to get the updates required.
Willing and able to work 1,5 week per month late shift (15:30 -00:00 pm).
Requirements
Relevant work experience.
Good analytical skills and ability to conclude quickly.
Readiness to multitasking and coping with a heavy workload.
MS Office (Excel is essential, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
